Support

Kas Wallet is self-custodial, so support is limited to guidance about the app itself. We never ask for — and can never use — your recovery phrase, private keys, or spend password. Anyone who asks for them is attempting to steal your funds.

Contact

Email support@kaswallet.app. Include your iOS version, device model, and app version from Settings. Never include your recovery phrase or a screenshot of it.

I lost my recovery phrase

There is no reset and no backdoor. Without the phrase the wallet cannot be restored by us or by anyone else. If you still have access to the app on your device, write the phrase down offline immediately.

Restoring a wallet

Install Kas Wallet, choose to import an existing wallet, and enter your BIP-39 phrase. Balances and history are rebuilt from the Kaspa network, so the first sync can take a moment.

A transaction is still pending

Confirmation depends on the Kaspa network, not on the app. Check the transaction on a public Kaspa explorer using its ID from your activity history. Once broadcast, a transaction cannot be cancelled or reversed.

Fees and coin control

Fee estimates are shown before you authorize a send. The Wallet tab lists your UTXOs so you can select specific coins when composing a transaction.

Face ID, Touch ID, and the spend password

Biometric unlock and per-send authorization are managed under Settings > Security, along with the optional spend password. If biometrics fail repeatedly, iOS may require your device passcode first.

Security reports

Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to security@kaswallet.app and allow time for a fix before public disclosure.
